Welcome to Baja Wine Country!
Enjoy a day under Baja Wine Country as you and your party explore the best wines south of the border on this tour. You begin your day as you head south to Tijuana and go on the trans pennisular highway along on the Pacific Coast to Ensenada. This ride is the best one because you have sweeping views, ocean breezes and nature at its best. We then trek into Baja Wine Country with visits to three wineries, lunch at a beautiful hacienda that overlooks the Valle de Guadalupe and then a stop at a famous pastry shop to enjoy home made pastries.
On this tour, expect the unexpected with visits to the following wineries all based on avaibaility:
* LA Cetto, the biggest wine maker in Mexico with tastings of its award winning wines
* Adobe Guadalupe, a beautiful winery in the heart of El Provenir
* Baron Blache, enjoy a great taste along a walk thru the vineyards
* Hacienda Guadalupe, enjoy sweeping views along with a great lunch
* Santo Tomas, a must stop
On this tour, we will do a behind the scenes tour at LA Cetto with a talk on the art of wine. We will do some wine tasting with several cheese and crackers. We will then continue along the valley to Adobe Guadalupe and Baron Blache. This are micro wineries that produce some of the best wine in Mexico. We will then go back on the main road and go on a late lunch sit down meal at Hacienda Guadalupe. This is the highlight of our tour! After our late Mexican style lunch, we will continue to our last stop to enjoy the sunset at Santo Tomas Winery, which is the oldest winery in the Baja region.
